Editing, PP, Essay 2.

1.Introduction-  5-7 sentences.  Last is thesis.



State a problem, explain it further, offer a solution in a thesis.



3-pronged Thesis/Direct Thesis-  A statement of opinion with 3 points.



Implied Thesis-  Intro adds up to an opinion.



2.Body Paragraph-  Supports the thesis.  Uses examples and facts and opinions to prove/explain a point.
